We have classics from the Andes to the Alps, all handmade: marron glacé, South American dulce de leche, praline, simple chocolate bars and shaped bonbons,
nougat AND a daily patisserie du jour.
Whirring away in the Piste Noire boutique is our magical hot chocolate machine! It contains only organic chocolate, milk and a little sugar. This traditional hot chocolate is thickened over four hours of continuous turning and the result is THE most indulgent and delicious hot chocolate in Courchevel. Do not leave without trying it!
During your visit to the mountains you might spot our friendly Yeti on the slopes of Courchevel, giving out free Piste Noire chocolates…
And maybe you’ll be lucky and will experience the chocolate fountain with marshmallows when you visit our café…
Perhaps you’ll visit at Easter time and you’ll find a handmade little bunny or a cute chick to take home…
Alongside our delicious espressos and cappuccinos, you can also try a ‘green coffee’ – we are one of only two places in Courchevel to serve it!
What is green coffee? Produced from raw, unroasted coffee beans, it has a unique herbal flavour with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects and is said to be beneficial for weight loss.
Our tea supplier, Alveus, specialises in quality organic teas. We can prepare you a green tea, white tea, black tea, oolong tea, spiced tea, herbal tea… to accompany your cake, your fresh marron glacé or your choice of chocolate. We also have teas to take away.
